This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the City) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for HVAC Replacement for Firestation #1, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The building is 2-storey and has a gross floor area of approximately 15,500 sq. ft. The building is heated and cooled via six(6) gas-fired rooftop units, five(5) of which are due for replacement. The contractor is required to remove (5) HVAC units, and all associated components and controls as per the drawings and specifications and replace with five (5) new units and all components and controls.
