These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for: Douglass Complex and Flint Hills Breadbasket Parking Lot (PR2304)/(CA2016) The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work: Dispose of old freezer unit Furnish and install walk-in freezer unit 4" Concrete Sidewalk (AE) 275 SY 5"Concrete Pavement (AE) 800 SY 7" Concrete Pavement (AE) 675 SY 4" Aggregate Base 1,750 SY Type 1-6" Barrier Curb 350 LF TIME LIMIT: 90 Calendar Days A portion of this project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Section 3 Requirements. The Contractor shall periodically monitor the landscape condition during the Warranty Period and immediately advise the Owner in writing regarding any maintenance deficiencies that might jeopardize the Warranty. The timing of his site visits will be at his discretion but should coincide with typical seasonal cycles and climatic/environmental conditions anticipated to adversely impact the health of the trees, shrubs and ground covers.
