The City of Manhattan seeks qualification submissions from highly qualified and innovative design teams for professional services from registered engineering firms with expertise in municipal engineering to reconstruct Sunset Avenue, from Anderson Avenue to Platt Street, including replacement of waterlines and stormwater drainage. Questions concerning this project should be addressed in writing to Randy D. DeWitt, Assistant Director of Public Works for Water and Wastewater, at dewitt@cityofmhk.com. No interpretation made to any respondent regarding the meaning of the RFQ shall be binding upon the City unless set forth in writing and distributed via addendum by the City.
