The scope of the project will include replacing two 20-foot X 8-inch drain lines on Bank Street and connect to 36" storm drain. Repair or replace one inlet and one 4-inch pipe inlet at the corner of Bank Street and South Street. Provide base and compaction for asphalt resurfacing of Bank Street, from WV DOH project to South Street. Asphalt resurface entire length of project approximately 1000 feet. Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the DavidBacon Act, the Copeland Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Act. Bidders must hold a current West Virginia Contractor's License on the date of Bid opening.
