Disclaimer: Per FKA Architects documents must be obtained/purchased in order to be an official bidder. The Project generally consists of the construction of a new addition (approx. 9,200 sf +/-) containing five classrooms, and SGI, and restrooms. The work also includes a parking lot extension, retaining walls, sitework, modifications to the existing building, and all other associated work as specified and shown on the drawings. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids are to be marked in a sealed envelope and delivered to Andrea Wasserman, Business Administrator at Montvale Board of Education, 47 Spring Valley Road, Montvale, NJ 07645, with the name of the project, "Memorial Elementary School K-4 Addition Project" plainly marked on the front of the envelope. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. The Montvale Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any minor informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education.
