The Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, administration, supervision, insurance coverage, and any other facilities and services necessary to successfully construct, start-up, and warranty the completed Project (Town of Lake Hamilton Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 2). The Project is generally described as a wastewater treatment facility expansion including construction of an elevated headworks and grit removal system, surge tank, and precast concrete treatment train. The purpose of this meeting is to review the scope of work and completion schedule for this Project, to answer questions, and to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the work that must be performed and completion deadlines to successfully complete this entire project. All bid questions must be received prior to Wednesday, July 29, 2024, at 5:00 pm local time to eoviol@pennoni.com to be answered. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Town. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 287, Florida Statutes, all qualifiers are subject to those provisions pertaining to Public Entity Crimes and the Convicted Vendor List. Further, pursuant to federal law the Owner may not award this contract to any bidder which is debarred or suspended or is otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension.
