Trade Packages include, but are not limited to site grading, storm and site utilities, asphalt paving, landscaping, hardscape, building foundations and concrete, masonry, structural steel/ misc. metals, general carpentry, fencing, waterproofing/ air barrier, roofing, metal/ composite wall panels, doors/ frames/hardware, OH Doors, metal buildings, glass/ glazing, drywall, hard tile, acoustical, flooring, painting, lab casework, police specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structured cabling, and elevators. Contractors are required to complete and submit one (1) copy of the AIA A305 Document Contractor Pre-Qualification Statement.
