Site work for a water / sewer project in Mt Juliet, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract A - Royal Oaks Gravity Sewer Replacement; Contract B - Wastewater Metering Station Rehab project. Contract A The furnishing, installing, and testing of approximately 550 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sewer main and 80 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sewer main in 18-inch steel casing pipe by bore method; 4-foot diameter concrete manholes, unclassified excavation, earthen and concrete check dams, stream crossings, sediment / erosion control procedures, rip-rap streambank stabilization, backfill, tie-ins of all lines entering existing manholes, handling wastewater flows for tie-in to existing gravity sewers and sewer manholes, working in close proximity with other utilities, testing, reconnections/tie-ins, sewer service reconnections, surface and property restoration, pavement restoration, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications. Contract B The rehabilitation of the existing wastewater metering station including installation of a new flattop manhole section, epoxy coating, installation of an odor control system, electrical building modifications associated piping, electrical modifications, bypass pumping, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications.
