main relay, storm sewer, permeable pavement, storm underdrain, building services, & utility adjustments for 2023 Project No. 5 - W. Orchard St; S. 108th St. to the eastern dead end. Alley 1: S. 108th St to S. 109th St./W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave. Alley 2: S. 58 St to S. 59th St./W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Lapham St. To review the location of this project, approximate material quantities, shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond equal to at least 5 percent of the bid payable to the City of West Allis as a guaranty that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 10 days after the award of the contract. If the successful bidder so files the contract and bond, upon the execution of the contract by the city the check shall be returned. In case the successful bidder fails to file such contract and bond the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the city as liquidated damages. The West Allis Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities.
