Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,227-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered. *The email address listed above has been set up so that it cannot be accessed until the bid opening date / time to ensure full confidentiality. 1. Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, hoisting, materials, licenses, and trade permits required to perform all work, turnkey, outlined in this subcontract. Work not specifically shown but considered a standard requirement in the completion of this work is included. 2. All applicable sales tax (unless noted otherwise) 3. Submittals and shop drawings submitted to CR Crawford within (14) days of award of contract. 4. Closeout documents submitted per CR Crawford closeout procedures with (14) days prior to the original substantial completion date of the project. 5. Specified warranties shall be from the date of substantial completion. 6. Freight to the jobsite as it pertains to this scope of work, including any quick-shipment premiums. 7. Maintain accurate as-built drawings. 8. Verification of elevations and field measurements shown on documents prior to commencing work. 9. Installation of materials over substrate indicates acceptance of substrate. 10. Required layout for this scope, benchmark provided by others. 11. Required coordination with other trades. 12. Multiple mobilizations as required to perform this scope of work. 13. Should this subcontractor delay the critical path schedule, subcontractor shall provide all necessary overtime and manpower required to return this scope of work to be on schedule no cost to CR Crawford. 14. Qualified, properly trained, and experienced supervision at all times. 15. Unloading of materials and deliveries to be placed on proper dunnage to prevent product damage. 16. Provide weather protection for stored materials. 17. Repair and replace any damage done to existing SWPPP measures by this trade. 18. Cleanup of any track out by this trade. 19. Subcontractor is responsible for damage done by its own forces to other trade's work. 20. Provide daily clean-up of all debris generated by subcontractor to CR Crawford provided dumpster. 21. Compliance with all rules, regulations, and requirements of local, state, and federal authorities. 22. All work shall strictly comply with adopted building codes. Any discrepancies should be clarified and approved by authority having jurisdiction. 23. Full compliance with CR Crawford safety policies and all governing OSHA guidelines. 24. All cost associated with perimeter safety, fall protection, and personal protective equipment. 25. Full compliance with OSHA "Hot Work" policy. 26. All equipment operators to be properly trained and OSHA certified. 27. Prevailing wage rates and documentation. 28. Furnish and install rip rap 29. Parking fees, shuttle cost, and transportation for this trade. Bids will be received for the following trade packages: 1. Earthwork 2. Utilities 3. Paving 4. Landscaping 5. Fencing 6. Concrete 7. Pre-Cast Concrete 8. Masonry 9. Structural Steel 10. Millwork 11. Miscellaneous Installation 12. Waterproofing 13. Roofing 14. Fireproofing 15. Doors, Hardware, Specialties 16. Storefront Systems 17. Overhead Doors 18. Folding Wall Partitions 19. Framing and Drywall 20. Painting 21. Flooring 22. Window Shades 23. Plumbing 24. HVAC 25. Fire Sprinkler 26. Electrical 27. Fire Alarm and Data Construction Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $75,000. Each bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Washington County, AR and CR Crawford Construction encourages all small, minorityowned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
