The City of Rochelle will decide within 45 days if it intends to proceed with the project and award the con- tract. The BID BOND of all BIDDERS will be retained until the agreement has been executed and approved, after which all BID BONDS will be returned. A certified cashier's check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND. A Performance Surety will be required as specified in the contract documents and specifications.
