Wood Pole Building consisting of metal panel siding and metal panel roof. B. Precast T's with a 2500T salt storage capacity inside the wood pole building C. Concrete floor slab inside of the Precast T's D. All site work as noted in drawings including: Grading and paving. Drawings and specification attached. All lines are tied Manufacturer certified roofing installer is required. DOT Estimated Start Date: July 1, 2023 Estimated Completion date: June 30 , 2024 It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
