Building B-61 Renovation Selective demolition and remodel of an approximately 5,750sf one-story office building. This project includes all associated utilities and support requirements. Site work includes storm sewer improvements, new sidewalk pavement, grading, sodding, and landscape rock Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
