In general, the Work consists of miscellaneous equipment replacement at Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Nos. 1 and 2. This includes the replacement of six blowers, MCC-1, and the installation of a new sludge transfer pump system at the digesters of WWTP No. 1, and the replacement of five blowers and the fine bubble diffuser system at the aeration basins of WWTP No. 2. The undersigned proposal is to complete the work quoted above on or before 540 Calendar Days for Substantial Completion and 600 Calendar Days for Final Completion after the effective date of the work order. Locations- A. The work of this Contract is located at the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District (MUD) no. 25 facilities, in Sugar Land, TX. B. Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 is located at 18230 Old Richmond Rd., Sugar Land, TX 77498. C. Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 2 is located at 10347 Clodine Rd., Richmond, TX 77407. Work under this Contract may consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, the following tasks: 1. Wastewater Plant No. 1 a. Replacement of six (6) blowers and related appurtenances at Blower Building Nos. 1 and 2. b. Installation of sludge transfer pump system at the existing digesters. c. Replacement of the MCC-1 at Blower Building No. 1. 2. Wastewater Plant No. 2 a. Replacement of fine bubble diffuser system at the two existing aeration basins. b. Replacement of three (3) aeration basin blowers and related appurtenances. c. Replacement of two (2) chlorine contact blowers and related appurtenances.
