The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for removal and replacement of the exterior siding, roof edge soffit, guard railing, and painting at each building of the University Village Bid Security is required. Make payable to: Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, in the amount of 5% of the Lump Sum Base Bid Amount. Bid Security shall be one of: cashier’s check, certified check, or Bid Bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Nebraska. Form of Bid Bond is AIA Document A310. Any agent signing a bid bond on behalf of the Surety must attach Power of Attorney effectively evidencing the agent's authority to bind the Surety to the performance of the Bid Bond. A scanned copy of Bid Security shall be uploaded as a Response Attachment with final submission and the original bid security document must be received by UNL Procurement Services within three (3) business days of the bid closing time
