Site work and paving for a road / highway in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sid No. 582 Sagewood Pointe/ Valley Paving Maintenance Repair paving in streets within the boundaries of the District, including saw-cutting, removal of existing paving, repair and preparation of subgrade, replacement of paving with Portland Cement Concrete paving, sodding disturbed area and all work that may be considered incidental thereto in various locations in the streets. All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by Lamp Rynearson and must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than THREE THOUSAND, THIRTY-ONE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($3,031.00), payable without condition to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 582, as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build the improvements in accordance with this Notice to Contractor and will give a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, all as provided in the specifications. Bid bonds must be executed by a duly licensed corporate surety. Checks accompanying proposals not accepted shall be returned to the bidders. Sanitary Improvement District 582 of Douglas County, Nebraska reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities.
