Site work, paving and new construction of a laboratory facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
The scope of work includes the design for the New approximately 18,000 SF Regional Forensic Science Center. The facility will include 3 autopsy rooms, large conference room, observation deck, sally port, cooler, locker room clean room/tissue recover, office space, body receiving and release area, laundry and X-ray rooms. Services include but are not limited to deliverables identified in Article 3 - Scope of Architects Basic Services in the AIA B101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect Contract to include Schematic Design, Design Deliverables, Construction Documents and Construction Administration Phase of the project. As of May 7, 2024, the CM/GC utilizes prequalified subcontractors/vendors and all trades have been awarded. Construction is slated to begin Summer 2024.
