Renovation of a mixed-use development in Joshua, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
**As of May 17, 2023, project was awarded to Strategic Equipment/ISI Commercial Refrigeration but awarded amount is not available.** This is a turnkey project. Vendors will furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and superintendence necessary. A vendors price proposal on each line item specified refer to the Pricing Sheet shall include the following Inside delivery of new equipment to specified campus; Disconnect all existing equipment from utilities as needed; De-install, remove, or transport all existing equipment to an agreed upon location as needed; Dispose of all existing equipment unless otherwise indicated by Joshua ISD personnel; Uncrate and unbox all new products; Install dishwashers in existing locations at specified campus; Level dishwasher as needed; Hook up (within 5 feet) to existing drain and utilities; Validate that equipment delivered is working properly upon completion of installation; and Removeand disposeof all crates, boxes, packaging materials, and trash. Vendor shall provide all fittings, pipes, hardware, and other products necessary to comply with the above requirements. The Joshua Independent School District (Joshua ISD) is requesting proposals for a dishwasher replacement at a Joshua ISD campus cafeteria. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to Candace Fuchs via e-mail at fuchsc@joshuaisd.org or through Public Purchase no later than close of business on May 3, 2023.
