The Joshua Independent School District (Joshua ISD) is accepting bids for general facilities maintenance and grounds supplies, equipment and repair for the 2023-2024 school year. The purpose of this request is to allow Joshua ISD to purchase these goods/services from your company while remaining in compliance with state and federal bid laws and requirements. Electronic proposal submissions through Public Purchase are strongly encouraged; however, paper responses will also be accepted. Paper responses shall be submitted in an envelope marked on the outside with the bidder's name, address, and bid number (RFP 2023-06- General Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Equipment, Supplies and Repair). Proposals received after the published time and date cannot be considered. Faxed and emailed proposal responses will not be accepted. Joshua ISD accepts no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by the vendor in the course of responding to this invitation. Joshua ISD reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the proposal,to waive all formalities, and to accept the proposal that best meets the needs of the district. Bidders submitting a paper response must submit one (1) original paper copy and one (1) electronic (PDF) copy of their proposal on a USB flash drive.
