Project was awarded to PMG (Villard Hall) $189,581.00 and Environmental Resources Inc. (University Hall) $187,131.00. Project Description: Base Bid #1 will include asbestos abatement with materials including floor tile, gypsum board / joint compound, pipe insulation, fire doors, and chalkboard mastic. Base Bid #2 includes demolition of the third floor ceiling and clean up and disinfection of rodent and bat guano from surfaces to remain As indicated in the General Conditions, this project requires a Bid Bond of 10% of the total bid amount. The Contractor s check or Bid Bond will be retained until the Contractor has entered into a Contract and furnished a 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Payment Bond SCOPE OF WORK The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with any Project described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the Project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Contract Documents
