Site work for a water / sewer project in Sedro Woolley, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the citys Small Works Roster Process utilizing MRSC Rosters for a 24-month (on-call) unit priced construction services contract beginning June 1, 2023. The work will generally consist of mechanical equipment repairs requiring specialized equipment and trained mechanic crews capable of diagnosing and repairing major wastewater treatment plant and sewer lift station mechanical equipment, such as clarifier mechanisms and aeration basin equipment. The location of the work will be the Sedro-Woolley Wastewater Treatment Plant, 401 Alexander, Sedro-Woolley, WA, or the 12 city owned Sewer Lift Stations located citywide. Individual tasks will be assigned by Task Order. Contractors must be prepared to mobilize for the work within 24 hours of the call. The cumulative annual value of the work is estimated to be under $100,000 but actual work will vary and no guarantee is made of the actual value of the work.
