The construction of concrete sidewalks and curbing for Memorial Park. The work will consist of layout, excavation as needed, placement of select borrow as needed, finish grading, placement of 2 inches of crushed surfacing top course, and forming, pouring and finishing of sections of 5-foot and 8-foot-wide sidewalks and miscellaneous filler walks. Work will also consist of excavation, forming, pouring and finishing approximately 245 lineal feet of Playground Header, 40 lineal feet of Pedestrian Curb and 1 each Playground ADA Ram Engineers Estimate: $90,000 to $120,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the city's Small Works Roster utilizing MRSC Rosters for the construction of concrete sidewalks and curbing for Memorial Park. Basis for low bid will be the total of the unit prices in the attached bid proposal form provided.
