The City of Wilkes-Barre Office of Economic & Community Development intends to award the allowable portion of our 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 HOME Investment Partnership Program entitlements to an established Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under this solicitation for: Community Housing Development Organization "Purpose of owning, developing and managing decent affordable housing options within Wilkes-Barre." The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information from all proposers, when doing so is in the best interest of the project. The City of Wilkes-Barre does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, family or handicap status in employment or the provision of services. The City of Wilkes-Barre adheres to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and all applicable federal and state laws. This project is financed by The Wilkes-Barre Office of Economic & Community Development HOME Investment Partnership Program.
