Renovation of a municipal facility in Freeport, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of May 16, 2023 no bid received for this project. No definite date for the rebid. Bid documents, clarification, or questions related to the generator, may be addressed in writing to Jennifer Crainer at jenniferc@brazoriacountytx.gov. Attention is called to the fact that: Brazoria County welcomes, encourages and supports the response and active participation of qualified firms owned by minorities and/or women. Bid must be complete with all forms completed and signed, and all required documents returned. Bid must include turn key product which may include, but is not limited to, equipment installation, trenching, electrical, plumbing, plans, permits, and debris removal. Ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin. All contractors/subcontractors that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project. Contractor must provide a list of all subcontractors to be used on this project. Community Development Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may beheld by the Community Development Dept for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
