Complete demolition and replacement of Reservoir 2. The reservoir has reached the end of life and improvements are required to address operational deficiencies. Replacement was also recommended as part of a recently completed Risk and Resiliency Assessment (RRA) of the water system, as well as the most recent Sanitary Survey conducted by the California State Water Resources Board Division of Drinking Water (DDW). The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 18, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
