Site work for a civil project in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes the dewatering and sediment removal of Storm Water Management Pond 167 located at address 124 Skipton Crescent near the intersection of River Road and Townline in Cambridge Ontario. The work also includes access to the pond, erosion control measures and various pond improvements. The number of working days to complete this Work is 40 days. The expected start date for this project is July 10th 2023. The successful bidder shall stage construction to minimize disruption to the public and facilitate access to driveways to as great an extent as possible. In the event the total cost to perform the work described is over the approved budget, the City of Cambridge reserves the right to adjust the scope of work accordingly. Included in the tender is access to SWM pond through private property that is limited to equipment outlined in the access agreements and is further limited to one time equipment access and exit of the work area when work is complete. The access is for a difficult to reach area of the pond to complete a new rip-rap lined swale and gabion basket replacement. Work associated for this access is provisional and the successful bidder can elect to not use the access or recommend a different access to the area within the pond property.
