This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Queen's Square Parking Lot Reconstruction & Installation of Traffic Calming Measure, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The work includes the construction of 2900 m2 of asphalt area, 38 m2 of concrete surfaces, 10 m of concrete curb and gutter, electrical, and other miscellaneous works for the reconstruction of Queen's Square Parking Lot. The work also includes the installation of pedestrian islands, curb extensions and drop curb/sidewalk treatments at various locations throughout the City. Bidders and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFT Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFT. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the bidder and the rejection of the bidder's bid.
