Site work, new construction, remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; and for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
A renovation and addition to the existing Clark County Fire District 6 - Headquarter Station 61. This project is inclusive of a seismic upgrade, new interior layout, new finishes, and two additions to the two story 21,848 SF facility. In addition there are exterior improvements to site utility, parking area, and site security as part of this scope of work Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. G. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after submission. TIME FOR COMPLETION Contract time shall commence based upon date established in Owner's written Notice to Proceed. The project shall be completed in 365 consecutive calendar days from this date.
