Description of work: Construct a continuous sidewalk on the south side of NE 68th St. from Hwy. 99 to NE St.Johns Rd., with four marked crossings to the north side ofNE 68th St., and a designated bike lane on the south side ofNE 68th St. from NE 28th Ave. to NE St.Johns Rd. InstallRapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons and illumination at the NE 14th Ave. crossing. Work consists of excavation, paving, curb, sidewalk, driveways, retaining walls, water main and appurtenances, storm sewer system, illumination, striping, signing, landscaping and other work.
