This contract provides for the improvement of a corridor improvement including pavement widening, roadway resurfacing, curbs, sidewalks, storm drainage, signals, striping and signing, water and sewer, landscaping and a new roadway extension and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email, by 5:00 PM on NOVEMBER 5, 2019 to Julie Denton, Senior Procurement Specialist, at Julie.Denton@cityofvancouver.us. If required, an addendum will be prepared and issued by the City of Vancouver no later than NOVEMBER 12, 2019. The project shall be physically completed within 120 working days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date. $4.5M-$4.75M
