Site work and addition to a transportation facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Design plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
As of July 2024, the project is in design and construction documents are expected to be completed in December 2024. A contractor bidding schedule has not been established. MARTA is seeking Professional architectural and engineering consulting services for the Atlanta Streetcar East Expansion for the creation of final design documents for bid and construction. MARTA is an organization committed to a sustainable future in a broad sense of the term. Consideration of ways to advance sustainability will be incorporated throughout the design and delivery of this project. Documents can be reviewed and downloaded from MARTAs website at electronically on or about April 27, 2023. All potential Proponents are encouraged to participate in the Pre-Proposal Conference, and other project related activities.
