Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the expansion of a post-secondary education facility.
Work under this contract includes the renovation of Room 125 and 125A on Level 100 of the Education Building at 55 Curry Place on the Fort Garry Campus; Scope includes renovation of Room 125 to create 2 Simulation Labs and 1 Virtual Reality Room; and renovations to Room 125A to create a storage / work room with sink The scope includes identified abatement, upgrades to mechanical, electrical and communication systems; as well as interior construction including new partitions, doors, interior finishes, lighting, electrical distribution, new audio visual equipment, communication systems and equipment as identified in the drawings and specifications. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
