Renovation of a stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of removal of mould from the wood ceiling and related surfaces. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Complete a mock-up of power wash/media blast in an area designated by the Contractor for approval by Contract Administrator or City of Winnipeg representative/s which will serve as example of quality of work expected on the rest of the ceiling and related surfaces. (b) Power Wash or Media Blast the wood ceiling and related surfaces to achieve desired level of cleaning without causing unnecessary damage to the corresponding wood finishes and related surfaces. (c) Supply and installation of a surface coating of Fosters Sheer Defense 40-51 Mould Resistant Clear Coat to the underside of the roof deck (including any corresponding beams, joists, purlins, etc.) throughout the Arena / Ice Surface area of the building. Protect adjoining surfaces and equipment for any overspray, etc. (d) All Works to be done in accordance with 347-2023_Scope of Work_R2.pdf. (e) Clean up. The funds available for this contract are $125,000.00. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. award is subject to final approval.
