The Hamilton County Campus is seeking proposals from qualified firms for architectural, engineering and design services to assist in the implementation of the suggested electrical upgrades in the attached MSKTD report dated August 15, 2022. The scope will include but not be limited to meeting with facility staff to prepare project scoping documents that are in line with project budget and weigh out the most effective procurement process that aligns with IVY Tech procurement requirements. The project goal is to upgrade the needed Electrical Systems to preserve the capital investment and improve energy sustainability efforts of the Hamilton County Campus. This will include evaluating, design development, construction documents, bidding, contract documents and construction administration. A preliminary study for this project can be found below. This study is being used to define the scope of this project. Questions Due Date: May 17th 2023, 5:00 PM EDT The selected firm will provide professional services in support of the project described above. This includes evaluation, design development, construction documents, bidding, contract documents and construction administration through the final billing for the project.
