The scope of work includes demolition and removal of asphalt pavement and base rock, installation of concrete pavement, concrete curbs, stabilized decomposed granite pavement, landscaping and the associated irrigation system, in addition to the installation of decorative rails, benches, and a wind harp. The Work will be conducted within an operating rail yard and adjacent to and within existing shop facilities. This Work will be subject to restrictions to ensure safety and the continuing operations of the yard and shop and the light rail system.
