Replacement of select split-systems within the LETC and VPA buildings. Summary of Work: LETC Building The Work of this project consists of, but is not limited to: a. Removal and replacement of 9 existing split systems, including evaporator and condenser. b. Reuse of existing power and refrigerant lines for many units. VPA Building The Work of this project consists of, but is not limited to: a. Removal and replacement of 7 existing split systems, including evaporator and condenser. b. Reuse of existing power and refrigerant lines for many units. Construction Milestones Total Calendar Days: 100 If the Notice to Proceed is not issued on September 3 rd , 2024, then the 100 calendar days shall be reduced and the submittal deadline date of August 21st, 2024 and all Construction Milestone substantial completion dates shall still remain in effect as the contract requirement determent, for the project.
