This RFP is to provide SaskPower with the following mechanical work at the Coteau Creek Hydroelectric Station as outlined under Appendix A- RFP particulars of this RFP. Cooling Water - Replacement and refurbish embedded. Service Water - Replacement and refurbish embedded. Compressed Air - Replace sections, refurbish embedded and install compressors. Unwatering and Drainage - Replacement and refurbish embedded. Supply and install pumps. Potable Water - Replacement. Oil Storage and Transportation - Demolish / decommission. Penstock - Refurbish penstock, supports and couplings within penstock chamber. Generator Exhaust Ducting - Modify. Control, Data Acquisition System (DAS), and Communication Rooms Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System (HVAC) - Replace. Safety Shower/Eyewash and Battery Room Refurbishment - Replace. Vernier Valve Discharge Pipe - Replace Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/05/25 05:00:00 PM EDT Confirmation of the number of attendees is required to be sent to the RFP Contact no later than May 10, 2023 @ 3:00 PM Central Standard Time. If confirmation of attendance is not received by the RFP Contact on or before this date and time, attendees may not be allowed on site. PPE is required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat, and safety footwear.
