Renovation of a residential development in Thomaston, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The scope of work is as follows: Remove all existing shingles, synthetic felt paper, plumbing boots and ridge vent Removing and replacing any rotten decking Install new GAF25 year 3-tab shingles, 15LB felt paper, plumbing (rubber) boots and ridge vents All clean up and debris to be done daily by contractor Contractor will provide all permits, materials, dumpsters, and storage facilities This quote must include all; permits, deliveries, materials, labor, clean-up, warranties, and taxes. Payment Plans are 50% upon signing of contract and proof of insurance, and 50% upon satisfactory completion of work, to include city inspection.
