The Thomaston Upson County Airport Authority requests a “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS” from qualified firms to engage the services of a consultant for professional engineering, architectural, construction, design, and construction administration services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan at the Thomaston Upson County Airport. The selected consultant would be expected to participate in the following anticipated projects. FY2025 – Design T-Hangar Taxiway and Slabs, Design 13-Unit T – Hangar Building with two attached box units, Construct T-Hangar Taxiways and Slabs including CA/CI Services, Construct Renovation of Airport Entrance Driveway and Parking; FY2026 – Construct 13-Unit T-Hangar with Box Hangar End including CA/CI, Design Taxiway and Aprons Pavement Rehabilitation, Design Corporate Hangar Building & Corporate Site Development; FY2027 – Construct Pavement Rehabilitation of Taxiway and Aprons including CA/CI, Construct Corporate Hangar Building including CA/CI, 3-Yr DBE Plan; FY2028 – Airport Security Fence Design, FY2029 – Airport Security Fence Construction including CA/CI, FY – 2030 - T-hangar Taxiways and Slab Construction Including CA/CI, 3-Yr DBE Plan Update.
