Site work for a clubhouse / community center in Wailuku, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and all other items related to the performance of improvements to the interior & exterior of the Paukukalo Community Center. The repairs include, but not limited to the following: roof ventilation, power washing, painting, gutter repairs, replacing of the entire drop ceiling, new LED lighting, new ceiling fans, building security, ADA upgrades, electrical upgrades, and door hardware replacement. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder and/or his subcontractors shall possess all required valid State of Hawaii licenses and specialty licenses needed to perform the work for this project. A surety bid bond will be required for this Invitation for Bids (IFB). This project is subject to Section 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"), and to the payment of not less than the prevailing salaries and wages promulgated by the State of Hawaii, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Submission of an offer shall be evidence that the bidder understands the scope of the project and shall comply with the specifications herein, if awarded. No additional compensation, subsequent to bid opening, shall be allowed by reason of any misunderstanding or error regarding site conditions or work to be performed. Following the pre-bid conference, attendees may attend a site visit of the project site. Question Deadline 05/10/2023 at 2:00 PM HT
