Yes Bid Intent Not Available The City of Durango Colorado, by and through its Purchasing Administrator, invites interested, qualified bidders, capable of providing the required services, to submit bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Waterline Replacement Project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of Durango in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these documents. Services to be provided by the Contractor will include but will not be limited to demolition and removal of existing steel waterline, installation of new waterline, installation of water drops and services, and necessary valves for isolation of water services. The Contractor shall furnish all, labor, materials, equipment and other items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents.
