Site work for a water / sewer project in Amherst, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves sludge thickening improvements that includes removal of an existing abandoned dissolved air flotation thickener (DAF), the installation of a new 3.0m gravity belt thickener (GBT), constructing new partition walls to enclose the GBT room, the replacement of an exterior window wall system with a new wall/window system, installation of a new concrete loading dock, and associated HVAC and electrical work. DCAMM qualifications in the General Construction category will be required. The estimated project cost is $3,100,000.00.
