Chester County Government is requesting bids to enclose the existing overhang to match the building for the Richburg Fire Substation, 2749 Knox Station Rd., Chester, SC 29706. o Red metal like existing on each end and down the side facing the railroad tracks. o Move the exhaust fan to the new exterior wall. o Add two (2) 3070 doors at each end of the building and paint - 8-inch frame. o Add panel door with high lift not to exceed the relocation of the exhaust fan - 14' w x 10' h door in sidewall facing the railroad tracks. (No motor on door) manual open door. o Requires 28 Reverse R Panels - 26 Gauge 18' 00/16" Height. Color to match existing red. o Zee Wall Girts, C Girts for framing and Clips as required to attach panels and frame for overhead door and walk door. Trim required for overhead door and side doors. o Relocate downspouts to exterior. o R-19 Vinyl back metal building insulation for the walls. Batt and Blanket insulation for the roof will be provided by the county but needs to be installed by the contractor. o Add a 4" thick pad with 3500 PSI concrete 5' x 14' broom finish outside of panel door. o Please see the attached Material list that shows the approximate number of items needed for the project.
