Contract No. 12510-2023-02 2 Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority - Parade Street Slip - South Seawall Repair: The work includes replacement and improvement of the failed timber and wood cribbing retaining wall at the south end of the Parade Street Slip located on the property directly to the east of Donjon Shipbuilding and Repair, LLC. The seawall replacement will involve construction of approximately 133 linear feet of new steel sheet pile seawall with tie-backs and anchors to replace the existing and deteriorating seawall. The project will also include construction of safety ladders, walkway concrete, and appurtenant miscellaneous improvements. The contract work shall include furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all appurtenant items necessary to provide a complete and finished project.
