Bidding if for multiple-prime contracts, each including all trades required for complete performance of the applicable portion of work indicated by the project documents, and as follows: Contract Number 2023-01: General Construction Contract Number 2023-02: Mechanical Construction Contract Number 2023-03: Electrical Construction Contract Number 2023-04: Plumbing Construction Contract Number 2023-05: Exhibit Construction A certified check or bank draft payable to Erie Zoological Society or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder/Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract Price, and the successful Bidder/Contractor shall furnish certificates of insurance to demonstrate compliance with the minimum coverage as set forth in the Contract Documents.
