Renovation of a medical facility in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes a remodel and addition to expand the emergency department and support spaces at Columbia Basin Hospital. The existing ED is to receive an addition to the south, followed by the remodel of existing interior spaces. The project is being delivered via Washington State's GC/CM Program for Public District Hospitals and is subject to RCW 39.10, all applicable codes and standards including prevailing wage and project close-out requirements. Project phasing will be required to maintain patient services during construction. All Bids shall remain valid for a period of 60 calendar days.
