The project consists of classroom and office renovations to approximately 20,000 s.f. Trades involved in the renovations include demolition, acoustical batt wall insulation, steel stud and gypsum board partitions, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, LVT/P floor finishes, porcelain tile, gypsum finishing and painting, hollow metal frames, wood doors, door hardware, and millwork. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
