Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of interior and limited exterior light fixtures and associated system components. Replacement fixtures will be LED. Due to new safety protocols, visitors must enter the Administration Building through Door 1 located on the east side of the building. Each person MUST present a valid district-issued ID or driver's license to obtain a visitor's pass. This process may take 3 to 5 minutes per person. Bids will be collected, time and date stamped upon entry. Bidders will be assembled as a group until the official bid time is called; then collectively convene in the appointed place for the public opening. To ensure timely delivery and receipt of bids please plan accordingly.
