Upper Level Office Window Replacement: Field measure, pre-fabricate, furnish and install a total of thirty five (35) thermal aluminum storefront windows within seven (7) existing masonry openings, complete with demo and disposal of existing steel framed windows, related glazing and steel trim, as directed. Scope of Work Includes: Demo and disposal of existing steel framed windows, related glazing and trim Furnish and install with 6mil polyethylene containment at interior and exterior sides of the workspace prior to demo and disposal of existing materials. Furnish and install temporary and relocatable, interior plywood partitions as required to secure building overnight throughout the duration of the project. Cutback of existing intersecting drywall partition walls, interior drywall returns as required to accept the new, 4 '/2" depth, thermal aluminum store front framing, where required. Prefabricate, furnish and install exterior applied and surface mounted .090 GA aluminum sill, head and jamb trim with internal, concealed pressure treated wood blocking, as required to trim out the perimeter of each masonry opening, prior to installation for new storefront framing. Furnish and install a total of thirty five (35) thermal aluminum storefront frame sections that shall include a total of twenty one (21) top hinged, 2'0" height, project out ventilator windows, per shop drawings to be provided with acceptance of this proposal. Interior finishes including intersecting drywall jamb covers, interior and exterior perimeter sealant as required to provide water-tight service, and a complete interior and exterior finish. Basement Level Window Replacement: Field measure, pre-fabricate, furnish and install a total of thirty two (32) fixed and projected thermal aluminum storefront ventilator windows within eleven (11) existing masonry openings, complete with demo and disposal of existing steel framed windows, related glazing and accessories, as directed. Scope of Work Includes: Demo and disposal of existing steel framed windows, related glazing and trim Furnish and install with 6mil polyethylene containment at interior and exterior sides of the workspace prior to demo and disposal of existing materials. Cutback of existing intersecting drywall partition walls, interior drywall returns as required to accept the new, 21/4" depth, thermal aluminum window framing, where required. Furnish and install a total of twenty two (22) bottom hinged, project-in, ventilator windows along with ten (10) fixed thermal window sections, as required, to suit existing basement window openings. Interior finishes including intersecting drywall jamb covers, interior and exterior perimeter sealant as required to provide water-tight service, and a complete interior and exterior finish.
