The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional architecture/engineering services for, but not limited to, the site planning, design, construction documents, permitting, and support during bidding and construction. The proposed project is to build new single slope canopy building at the west side of the existing Warehouse at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF).
